Job Summary

The Host/Hostess is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests promptly and warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage guest seating, ensuring efficient table turnover and minimizing wait times
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
