What You'll Do::
Responsibilities
Player + Coach:
manage a solid Account Executive team that exceeds sales goals
Ensure that the sales pipeline remains full of qualified leads & prospects
Monitor employee productivity and motivate the team to reach daily goals
Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM-Hubspot
Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities, and threats
Build and manage your own pipeline of accounts and deals

What You Bring::
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in healthcare technology sales and 1+ years of experience managing and directing a sales team
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
Knowledge of and experience in Healthcare and SaaS sales is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dedication to providing great customer service
Ability to train, develop, grow and lead a sales team to success
Willingness to be a player coach, generating and closing accounts and enabling a team to grow
Eager and driven to exceed goals
What We Offer::
Base Salary Band:
$100,000 to $130,000
Commission:
Commission Plan based on Net New Revenue
