Digital Product Analytics Manager

Location: Orlando, FL
Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite Mon-Wed, WFH Thur-Fri)
Pay Rate: $47-55/hr

Job Summary:
A dynamic business team is seeking a Digital Product Analytics Manager responsible for driving rich and engaging digital products. The role will monitor and analyze digital product performance across websites and mobile applications, ensuring that KPIs are achieved through data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to track feature performance, iterate on improvements, and optimize user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead optimization strategy for digital products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Application Performance, Product Management, and Consumer Insights) to ensure performance is accurately measured.
  • Support business case development for new digital capital projects.
  • Manage and improve tools like FullStory, Firebase, and AppDynamics to enhance conversion and engagement.
  • Optimize conversion paths to increase online reservations, sales, and profitability.
  • Report on UI performance and application health.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements and contribute to the product roadmap.
  • Define and suggest A/B tests to optimize consumer experience and conversion rates.
  • Partner with marketing teams to assess product impact from campaigns.

Travel Requirements:
Up to 25% travel for usability testing, vendor meetings, or conferences may be required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-7 years of Digital Product Analytics experience.
  • Strong knowledge of web design, usability, and Scrum application development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, CMS, and project management tools like Jira and Basecamp.
  • Experience analyzing clickstream data and customer behavior.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, verbal, and written skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
