Cyber Workforce Policy Advisor, Lead

Key Role:

Serve as a subject matter expert specializing in the implementation of cyber workforce strategy and policy for a DoD client. Oversee the development and coordination of strategic guidance to advance the DoD cyber workforce. Provide expertise to improve cyber human capital and management practices. Transform talent through the design of new human capital programs to grow cyber professionals for the DoD. Serve as a trusted advisor with government leaders to develop workforce solutions that address complex talent challenges.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience with managing strategic initiatives

  • Experience with leading the development of strategic guidance

  • Secret clearance

  • Master's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with OSD or the federal government

  • Experience with human capital programs

  • Experience as a policy SME, including in cyber workforce strategy, policy, and governance

  • Ability to develop and present briefings on strategy, policy, and governance activities

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
