Fielding and Storage Planning Analyst

Key Role:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with Air Force Logistics or Civil Engineering managing a project or program

  • Experience working in joint, interagency, intergovernmental, or multinational environments

  • Experience with leading and participating in a working group or planning groups

  • Knowledge of master planning, deployment and distribution planning, and contracting

  • Knowledge of distribution management, materiel management, and contingency operations

  • Ability to create effective information papers, emails, reports, and multiple types of briefings, and present products to stakeholders and decision-makers to achieve key outcomes

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with allocating resources, providing capabilities to units, and planning and managing prepositioned requirements

  • Experience working on Strategic Level military staff

  • Knowledge of DoD and AF MILCON process, construction funding authorities, and programs

  • Knowledge of War Reserve Material (WRM), Agile Combat Employment (ACE), or Regional Base Cluster Prepositioning (RBCP) concepts

  • Knowledge of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process

  • Possession of excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Master's degree

  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Associate in Project Management, or Certified Project Management Practitioner (CPMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
