Our client is looking for an FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the financial strategy of their organization. Your insights and strategic recommendations will directly influence key business decisions and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting activities. Ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
Financial Analysis: Conduct insightful analysis of financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior year. Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Provide actionable recommendations.
Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Marketing) to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive profitability.
Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders. Translate complex financial data into clear, concise presentations.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Power BI experience
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
