Industrial Outside Sales Rep

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive growth for a leading industrial dust collection systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inherit an established book of business with room for significant growth. The ideal candidate is a sales-driven professional ready to expand market share while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand Business: Focus on growing revenue beyond maintaining the existing book of business by identifying and capturing new opportunities within the territory.
- Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients while prospecting and closing new accounts in industrial, manufacturing, and other relevant sectors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the current sales representative during a structured six-month transition and product training period.
- Sales Expertise: Proven success in outside sales; ability to close deals and drive revenue is prioritized over specific industry experience.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Territory Management: Strong organizational skills to effectively cover a broad territory.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
