A growing and creative beauty e-commerce company is URGENTLY seeking a temp to hire Account Specialist to join a fast-growing and exciting team. The opportunity offers a casual work environment, potential for growth, and the ability to join a thriving beauty company, with an amazing team 

This role is fully in the office for the first month, and then can be a hybrid schedule with Mon - Wed in office, so local candidates only please. 


Qualified Candidates MUST Have:

  • 2+ years of order processing,
  • Netsuite is a MUST
  • Intermediate MS Excel 
  • EDI experience preferred
  • Experience with EDI transmissions, managing discrepancies for over 200 retail stores 
  • Setting up new customers in Netsuite system 
  • Able to work closely with cross functional departments; finance, planning, sales and warehouse 
  • Manage credit memos and charge-backs 
  • Manage high volume of invoices 
  • Corresponding with customers via phone and/or email 
  • Detail oriented, organized and deadline driven 
This is a temp to hire role $31-33/hr

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
