Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Bilingual HR Specialist who is passionate about human resources and fluent in Spanish. This role will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including employee relations, and compliance, while ensuring effective communication across their diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in both English and Spanish.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support company goals and values.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote professional development and workplace harmony.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to assist in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
