Executive Assistant

Key Role:
Perform complex administrative work activities in support of senior leaders within the global defense sector and client leaders. Execute independent decisions within established guidelines and ensure appropriate level of discretion while handling highly sensitive and confidential data. Support full range of administrative functions, including perform heavy calendar management and meeting scheduling for multiple executives, manage and organize travel schedules, support leadership visits and staff events within the region, prepare meeting materials with high attention to detail, and submit expense reports in compliance with policy. Assist the executives in managing daily workloads and adjust for revised priorities.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience providing executive level support in a large corporate environment
Experience with travel management and expense reporting
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to display expert level calendar management
Ability to display attention to detail, including proofread correspondence with high degree of accuracy
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with event planning
Bachelor's degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
