This position assists in the maintenance of the AccountsReceivable process for the branch warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting customers regarding outstandingaccount balances
  • Coordinate releasing creditholds, answering A/R calls and sending collectionnotices
  • Review and reconcile customer shortpays
  • Establish and maintain relationships withcustomers, internal and external
  • Process andapply cash and credit card payments made on open A/Rinvoices
  • Perform other duties andresponsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor'sdegree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’experience in accounts receivable with primary background incollections and dispute resolution
  • Ability tomake independent credit decisions based upon companyguidelines
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel,Outlook and 10 keypunch
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills
  • Ability tomulti-task projects, establish priorities, work independently andorganize effectively
  • Must be detail orientatedand be able to work under pressure
