Responsibilities for the CEO/Facility Administrator

·Lead efforts to achieve high clinical standards and a zero-harm culture while collaborating with physicians to surpass patient expectations.

·Build and nurture high-performing clinical teams, equipping them with the necessary authority, resources, and support.

·Collaborate with key committees and governing bodies to develop and implement responsive clinical guidelines.

·Drive growth by expanding service lines, recruiting physicians, and building strong relationships with healthcare partners.

·Manage the center’s financial performance, strategic planning, and facility maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

·Lead change initiatives, strengthen management teams, and effectively address personnel issues while supporting essential administrative functions.

Qualifications for the CEO/Facility Administrator

·A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent work experience will also be considered.

·A minimum of 1-3 years in healthcare and at least 2 years in a leadership role is required.

·Candidates with experience in ambulatory surgery centers, outpatient care, surgical sites, or multi-site healthcare settings will be given preference.

Compensation for the CEO/Facility Administrator

·Salary: 130k-$155,000 annually

·Direct Hire-Permanent

·Comprehensive benefits package
