Insurance Administrator:
Pay $18.00-$22.00 Depending on Experience
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Responsibilities for Insurance Administrator:
Manage multiple company insurance reports
Verify and track insurance coverage with customers, insurance agents and/or insurance companies
Manage all insurance coverage data with insurance tracking company
Review and manage monthly billing with insurance tracking company
Administer total loss accounts such as process letters of guarantee, file GAP claims, and deficiency letters to customers
Communicate with total loss adjusters, GAP claims adjusters, repair shops, insurance agents, and customers
Requirement for Insurance Administrator:
Experience working with insurance companies and knowledge of different types of coverages and policies
High level of accountability and efficiently able to prioritize tasks
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written
Exceptional multi-tasking skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
High level of problem-solving and research-orientated skills
Strong customer service skills
Strong computer skills including Microsoft (Excel and Word)
