Job Details for Office Administrator:
  • Pay: $20-$21/hr
  • SCHEDULE/HOURS: 25 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Responsibilities for Office Administrator:
  • Provide customer service to vendors, answer phones and emails
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable responsibilities with Quickbooks
  • Supporting duties for Farm Store and owners
  • General office duties (copying, office supplies, maintain files)

Requirements for Office Administrator:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required with 2-year experience in a related administrative role
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Friendly and personable
  • Organized and detail orientated
