Trimble Maps is actively seeking an organized, high energy, efficient Office Manager with strong administrative skills, positive friendly demeanor, professional presence and ability to operate independently.


The Office Manager is responsible for a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, office and customer event coordination, sorting and distributing mail, and office/facilities management. This position is part-time with flexible hours and requires you to be on-site Monday through Friday.


Reception / Administrative:


  • Greet clients/visitors with a positive professional attitude
  • Answer, screen and direct a low-volume of incoming calls
  • Receive, sort and disseminate incoming mail
  • Manage shipping and receiving; includes creating shipping labels and coordinating the pick-up and delivery of packages (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Order and stock office and kitchen supplies
  • Coordinate periodic hotel accommodations for guests and interviewees


Office/HR Management:


  • Work directly with Marketing and HR departments to plan office-wide events, meetings and social outings
  • Assist with day one onboarding of new employees including office tours, building access, and putting together care packages
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and time-sensitive deadlines


Facilities Management:


  • Manage day-to-day office operations and procedures
  • Liaise with building management and maintenance to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly with little disruption to employees
  • Coordinate office cleaning/maintenance and supervise external cleaning staff to ensure proper maintenance of the office space
  • Manage all office vendors; work with the building concerning issues or announcements
