Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a qualified Help Desk Technician to support a federal program based out of Arlington, VA.
***Requires an active SECRET Clearance***
Responsibilities of the Help Desk Technician:
Maintain Government mobile phone administrationTroubleshoot and resolve Tier I and II incidents to include: system inquiries, requests, incidents, software installation, printer support, hardware support (desktop, laptop, peripheral)Perform in-person customer service and phone support service to 4,000 end-user communityQualifications of the Help Desk Technician:
Active SECRET Clearance5+ years of IT support, help desk experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Compensation for the Help Desk Technician:
