Executive Assistant

Key Role:

Perform a variety of complex and routine administrative duties in support of the Corporate DevelopmentVice President and 2 Directors, with minimal supervision, in compliance with verbal and written guidance and policies, execute independent decisions within established guidelines, and perform a full range of administrative services, including organizing a travel schedule and maintaining and organizing a heavy calendar, such as scheduling meetings, understanding whether appointments should be scheduled with other team members, deconflicting competing appointments, and completing expense reports. Assist the Corporate Development executives with managing and prioritizing the daily workload and adjusting for revised priorities, including preparing meeting materials and maintaining continuity of office in the executives' absence. Perform duties of a highly confidential nature.Exhibit intuitive judgment, knowledge, and an ability to relieve the executive of administrative details, including supplying requested information, scheduling appointments, and obtaining information from sources within or outside of the firm.Apply knowledge of M&A lifecycle, firm operations, organizational procedures, and personnel. Make independent decisions regarding the planning, organizing, and scheduling of work within established guidelines. Exhibit discretion and independent judgment, handle highly confidential data, and display tact and poise. Work with considerable latitude and flexibility in carrying out assigned tasks.Leverage network and resources to accomplishobjectives effectively, participate in team initiatives, as needed, and take initiative to improve operations and office best practices within established guidelines. Conserve the executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, collecting, and analyzing information, and initiating telecommunications. Welcome guests and clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquiries, and maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in an executive administrative role and providing support to a senior executive

  • Experience with providing executive-level administrative support in a large corporate environment

  • Experience with calendar management, making domestic and international travel arrangements, managing and preparing expense reports, and planning meetings

  • Experience in working and collaborating with C-suite EAs

  • Experience with scheduling complex meetings, travel, and team events

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Knowledge of business correspondence and drafting letters and communications

  • Ability to create presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with working in Mergers and Acquisitionsa plus

  • Ability to multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to be collaborative and promote a team environment

  • Possession of excellent time management, organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $47,000.00 to $96,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
