POSITIONSUMMARY: Primarily responsible for theimplementation, deployment, & management of enterprise-wideapplication software while maintaining device license complianceand security standards. Additional responsibilities include organizationand coordination of projects that involve multiple devicerelocations as well as EMR buildconsiderations.
Requirements
MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Bachelors degreein Information Systems or related field or Microsoft CertifiedSolutions Associate (MCSA) preferred.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)certification is preferred.
SKILLS:
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise-widesoftware application deployment
- Knowledge ofMicrosoft AD, Microsoft Office, Windows Desktop and ServerOS
- Knowledge of networking protocols includingTCP/IP
- Ability to maintain good customerrelations, ability to explain complex solutions and problems tousers (regardless of their technical ability), excellent problemsolving and communication skills, good technical writing anddocumentation skills, all required.
EXPERIENCE: Three years ofexperience in the installation, maintenance, and support ofPersonal Computers in a network environment is required. Twoyears’ experience in PC configuration, desktop design and softwaredeployment preferred.

ENVIRONMENT:

General officesetting with exposure to computer room environment. Exposure topatient care and ancillary biohazards. Extended video displayexposure and use of keyboard.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to lift and transfer objects typically notin excess of 50 lbs. May be required to reach objects typically notin excess of 5 lbs. up to 8 ft. above the floor with the assistanceof a step stool. Extended use of video display terminal andkeyboard utilizing sound ergonomic principles.
