CornerStone Staffing is hiring for Healthcare Customer Service Rep in Irving, TX

An ideal candidate has strong data entry, attention to detail, and customer support skills.

L ocation: Irving, TX (75063)

Pay: $18.50/hr

Schedule: Monday Friday 9am - 6pm (Hybrid opportunity once fully trained) | Must be okay to work OT during the week (extended shift hours)

Job Details:

Enter and process new prescriptions into the pharmacy computer system where permitted by pharmacy regulation, and only at the direction of the supervising pharmacist after their review of the prescription in accordance with our company policy and procedures

Process prescription refills to include: refill confirmation when appropriate, review pending refills with the supervising pharmacist, generate refill documentation and process third party claims adjudication

Verifies patient information and proper physician authorization

Checks all orders for insurance approval

Phone support calling doctor s offices and patients

Show initiative and take an enthusiastic proactive approach to work

Exhibit sense of urgency and superb multi-tasking skills

Checks all orders for completeness of information

Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA

Lift 40 pounds in case support needed in fulfillment

Other tasks as assigned by Management

Accurately process all orders in a timely manner



Qualifications / Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent

Data Entry skills testing - must test at 35wpm or higher
1-2 years of Healthcare Customer Service / Call Center exp
