**Description**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Manage daily customer communications (inbound and outbound calls/emails) in a professional, warm and friendly manner.
* Ability to listen to and answer customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
* Ability to work in coordination with Operations, Sales, and Accounting to effectively manage customer needs and company goals.
* Capable of learning, explaining and applying a variety of company concepts, practices, and procedures.
* Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
* Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.
* Works within the Departments expense budget, within budgetary guidelines to contribute to cost-effective operation of the Company.
* Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, vendors and others in a courteous and professional manner.
* Coordinates with other Liquid Environmental Solutions departments
* Other duties as assigned
**MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:**
* Excellent organizational skills.
* The ability to prioritize and manage time.
* Excellent judgment and decision making skills.
* Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Proven track record of being on time and adhering to schedule.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:**
* High school diploma or equivalent (**Required**)
* Bachelors degree (Preferred)
* Bilingual (Spanish) Required
