FP&A Manager

Our client is looking for an analytical and motivated FP&A Manager to join their finance team. This position will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities to support the organization’s growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting.
- Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying trends and variances.
- Build comprehensive financial models from the ground up to assess company performance, including cash flow projections, valuations, and sensitivity analyses.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather input and provide guidance on financial planning.
- Monitor and report on budget performance throughout the year.
- Assist in long-term financial planning and scenario analysis.
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and reporting tools.
- Implement best practices in financial planning and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- CPA is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
