FP&A Manager

Our client is looking for an analytical and motivated FP&A Manager to join their finance team. This position will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities to support the organization’s growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting.
  • Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying trends and variances.
  • Build comprehensive financial models from the ground up to assess company performance, including cash flow projections, valuations, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather input and provide guidance on financial planning.
  • Monitor and report on budget performance throughout the year.
  • Assist in long-term financial planning and scenario analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and reporting tools.
  • Implement best practices in financial planning and analysis.
 Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • CPA is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
