About the Role
At JobCertify, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth and development as part of a dynamic and innovative organization.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with Data Analytics to automate data pulls and financial forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance models, management reporting, and data integration.

The successful candidate will have the ability to build scalable financial models, manage multiple priorities, and drive process improvements. Additionally, they will be able to develop dashboards to share financial performance and business findings with executives, facilitating faster decision-making and greater transparency.

This role requires a strong sense of ownership and commitment to quality, as well as excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive business growth and development.
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics to automate data pulls and financial forecasting.
  • Build scalable financial models and management reporting templates.
  • Develop dashboards to share financial performance and business findings with executives.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization of finance processes.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in finance/FP&A, business intelligence, investment banking, or consulting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or relevant field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Prior experience with Adaptive Insights, Netsuite, Looker, Snowflake, Workday, Google Sheets/Slides, and scripting language (python or R) is a plus.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
