SIGINT Project Manager

The Opportunity:

As an Intelligence Technical Analyst, you’ll use your expert problem-solving skills to protect national assets through research and analysis of sensitive information. We’re looking for someone like you to help our clients obtain information superiority and develop new intel capabilities, safeguard sensitive information, ensure national security, and keep our warfighters safe.

As an Intelligence Technical Analyst on our team, you’ll lead our national intelligence clients in the areas of cybersecurity, intelligence collection, threat analysis, emerging technologies, counterintelligence, and research design. Overseeing a team of highly technical developers, data scientists, programmers, and network analysts, you’ll oversee the development, testing, and deployment of cutting-edge technology. From project discovery to influencing mission stakeholders, you’ll guide your team as it solves complex problems that have an end-to-end impact on our nation.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience with Navy or Marine Corps intelligence, communications, network operations, cybersecurity, or information warfare programs or projects
  • Experience as a SIGINT or ELINT Analyst
  • Experience in SIGINT or ELINT signals development for tracking
  • Experience with using SIGINT or ELINTspecific analytic tools and databases
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps-level organizations, Information War Room organizations, DoD and DoN policies, and the relationships between primary Marine Corps operations, engineering, and acquisition organizations
  • Knowledge of developing concept documents, conceptual roadmaps, and transition plans for new and emerging technologies
  • Knowledge of the SIGINT requirements process, operations, and support to combat forces and warfighters
  • Knowledge of SIGINT collection platforms and capabilities
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience working as a project manager and leading programs involving intelligence, Information Warfare and Cyber operations, network management, or technology services
  • Ability to develop SIGINT requirements
  • Ability to work with and report to senior military leadership
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • PMP Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
