Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of ERP system implementation, including project planning, scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, and communication.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and is familiar with project management methodologies and techniques.
They must also have a keen eye for detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of how ERP systems can help improve business operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation of the ERP system from start to finish
Guides scoring of vendor proposals through to selection of vendor
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate and allocate resources as necessary
Identify and manage risks and issues, developing contingency plans when necessary
Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders
Ensure project objectives are met within the stipulated time frame
Conduct regular meetings to review project progress and address any issues
Assist in training staff on the use of the new ERP system
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager or similar role
Familiarity with various ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics
Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques
Strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or relevant field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
