Counterintelligence HUMINT Analyst

The Opportunity:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our the military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a Counterintelligence HUMINT analyst you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence, products, and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.

As an Intelligence Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters, senior policymakers, internal client publications, and IC-wide products. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics with CI operations, HUMINT operations, or any intelligence discipline

  • 3+ years of experience with working in a CI or HUMINT organization

  • 3+ years of experience working in USINDOPACOM

  • Ability to use message handling systems

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Palantir for intelligence analysis

  • Experience with collection management

  • Experience with Special Operations

  • Knowledge of intelligence community finished intelligence production processes

  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
