Strategic Counterintelligence Specialist

Position Overview:

Calhoun International is a leading provider of information technology and management consulting services, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive all-source analysis of Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) within the USINDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR); assess FIE tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) and intentions; execute network analysis of FIE targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with case officers, agents, analysts, and operational support teams from Department of Defense (DOD) and national counterintelligence organizations to synchronize and resolve issues, evaluate operational effectiveness, and provide guidance to advance case operations.
  • Enhance collection efforts against counterintelligence targets by developing collection requirements and offering constructive feedback to collectors.
  • Engage in working groups to promote counterintelligence initiatives across DOD CI elements, foreign partners, and allied nations.
  • Coordinate closely with J2X CI operations planners to ensure that counterintelligence activities align with USINDOPACOM strategic objectives.
  • Generate detailed written intelligence assessments and prepare/deliver intelligence briefings to inform USINDOPACOM staff, component organizations, sub-unified commands, foreign allies, and other DOD and national stakeholders on pertinent counterintelligence topics.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of eight years of experience as an All-Source Analyst.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Preferred Training and Experience:

  • Completion of all-source analytic training programs such as 35F, 350F, IFPC, PACE, DISAP, CDASA, etc.
  • Proficiency in utilizing intelligence and network analysis tools including DataXplorer, Proton, Palantir, RMT, TAC, ArcGIS, QLIX, CHROME, HOT-R, Analyst Notebook, FADE, MIST, among others.
  • Prior experience with CCMD J2X operations is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting FIE analysis and operations is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with a variety of counterintelligence operations, both defensive and offensive, is advantageous.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Applicants will be required to obtain a CI Polygraph.
