This role is focused on business development in support of INDOPACOM and is contingent upon contract award.

As a Counterintelligence Analyst, you will concentrate on facilitating CI investigations and operations by monitoring and evaluating Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) activities. You will collaborate with MDCOs to ensure a seamless flow of information and identify connections across various investigations. Your responsibilities will include delivering briefings and drafting point papers regarding the status of investigative support efforts, as well as preparing analytical evaluations and intelligence reports.

Required Qualifications:

JOURNEYMAN: A Journeyman level requires 3 to 10 years of relevant experience along with a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. This level typically involves performing all functional duties independently.

Security Clearance: TS/SCI

Physical Demands: The position necessitates extensive use of computing systems, including PCs or laptops. It may involve prolonged periods of sitting or standing, typing, and reading from a computer screen. Sufficient mobility is required, including bending, reaching, turning, and kneeling to fulfill daily responsibilities efficiently. Tasks may include climbing and working in confined spaces. The ability to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended durations is essential. The work environment may be noisy and experience temperature variations beyond standard office conditions. Lifting and transporting equipment up to 50 pounds may be necessary, and moderate to long-distance walking could be required due to parking availability. Occasional travel to other sites may also be necessary.

Work Environment: Primarily an office setting, which may include cubicles (considerations: close quarters, low to moderate noise, varying lighting conditions). The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and all management levels is crucial. The work environment is generally safe, with limited travel requirements of up to 10%.

Equipment Proficiency: Competence in operating office equipment such as personal computers, printers, copiers, telephones, and other necessary tools is required.

Attendance Expectations: Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Regular attendance is vital for meeting deadlines and attending meetings. Punctuality and consistent attendance are necessary. Flexibility in work hours may be required to accommodate critical mission demands.

Additional Responsibilities: Professional conduct is expected at all times when interacting with clients, management, and colleagues. Clear and concise communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential. Appropriate grooming and attire are required for the position, ensuring no safety risks to employees or others. Maintaining a positive work environment through professional behavior and communication is essential. Independent transportation to the office or work site is necessary, and travel to customer locations may be required to support projects. This may involve airline travel. When operating any vehicle for work purposes, seat belt use is mandatory, and cellular devices must not be used while the vehicle is in motion. Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required. Professional behavior that enhances productivity and fosters teamwork is expected. Willingness to travel as needed is essential.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $82,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Individual pay within this range is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
