This role focuses on business development in support of INDOPACOM and is contingent upon award.

As a Counterintelligence Analyst, you will engage in analysis that supports CI investigations and operations by monitoring and evaluating Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) activities. You will collaborate with MDCOs to ensure the seamless flow of information and identify connections across various investigations. Your responsibilities will include delivering briefings and preparing analytical reports and intelligence evaluations.

Qualifications:

JOURNEYMAN: This category requires 3 to 10 years of relevant experience along with a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. A Journeyman typically operates independently across all functional duties.

Security Clearance: TS/SCI required.

Physical Demands: The position necessitates extensive use of computing systems, including PCs or laptops. You may be required to sit or stand for prolonged periods, with tasks involving typing and reading from screens. Sufficient mobility is essential, including bending, reaching, turning, and kneeling to perform daily responsibilities efficiently. Occasional climbing and working in confined spaces may be necessary. You should be able to endure various environmental conditions, including noise and temperature fluctuations. Lifting and transporting equipment up to 50 pounds may be required, and moderate to long-distance walking could be necessary due to parking availability. Travel to other sites may also be required.

Work Environment: The role is primarily office-based, which may involve working in cubicles with considerations for close quarters, moderate noise levels, and varying lighting conditions. Collaboration with co-workers, customers, and management at all levels is essential. The job does not present unusual hazards or environmental conditions, and limited travel (up to 10% of the time) may be expected.

Equipment Proficiency: You should be adept at operating standard office equipment, including personal computers, printers, copiers, telephones, and other necessary tools.

Attendance Expectations: Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Consistent attendance is crucial, particularly for meeting deadlines and attending meetings. Punctuality and regular attendance are vital for achieving objectives. Flexibility in work hours may be required to accommodate critical mission needs.

Essential Functions: Professional conduct is expected at all times when interacting with customers, management, and colleagues. Clear and concise communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential. Appropriate grooming and attire are required to maintain a safe work environment. A positive work atmosphere must be upheld through professional behavior and communication. Independent transportation to the office or work site is necessary, and travel to customer locations may be required. When operating any vehicle for work, seat belt use is mandatory, and cellular devices must not be used while driving. Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required. A commitment to professionalism that enhances productivity and fosters teamwork is essential. Willingness to travel as needed is also expected.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $82,000, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Individual compensation within this range is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
