Operations Data Coordinator

Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00/hr
BASIC FUNCTION
This position is responsible for managing specific data and reporting to better assist management in maximizing resources in various departments or lines of business. Responsible for assisting in creating and producing forecasts and reports in order to provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities. This is an entry level position that gains understanding of organization's policies and processes and related data requirements.
Here are some of the things you'll do
- Collect, organize, transform, and present data from a variety of sources
- Connect to multiple internal/external company systems, to retrieve, combine, and aggregate data to support business objectives
- Create standard and ad-hoc reports based on business needs
- Conduct analysis based on data collected to guide business decisions
- Assist with data gathering, transformation, loading
- Provide quality assurance of incoming data sources, audit internal systems, catch exceptions
- Organize and manage the 3rd party evaluations and Mystery Shops
- Partner with the program teams to assist with relevant needs
- Partner with Program Leader: SLID to assist with completing the 4- and 8-month assessments
- Maintain updates to The WAVE, assist users with access, manage the Q&A, and manage user compliance and training completion
- Provide updates to leadership on various program data and updates (compile data - Program Leaders responsible for their individual program metrics)
- New Unit Opening communications
Required:
- Highly experienced in data management and reporting (Excel, R Programming, Python, And/Or SQL)
- Excel experience (VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, etc)
- Ability to work reliably and independently to support business objectives
- High aptitude for math and analytics, general computer use, and ability to learn new tools/technologies
Preferred:
- Advanced Excel Proficiency
- R Programming Proficiency
- Proficiency with SQL/Relational Databases
- B.A. or B.S. in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
