Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with insurance industry leaders.
  • Work with innovation teams on advanced applications that leverage the KCC accurate models.
  • Ensure KCC technology is seamlessly integrated into client processes.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to provide informed insights internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • MBA or graduate degree in related area.
  • At least five years of experience in consulting or client relations position.
  • Required to have experience in the property & casualty insurance industry and have a strong understanding of market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to travel within the US and internationally.
  • Experience at a major reinsurance intermediary a plus.
