Job Overview

Position Summary:

As the Head of Client Relations, you will be responsible for leading our account management team within the behavioral health sector. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the account management team to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Oversee the management of employer accounts, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
  • Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new clients and develop effective operational procedures.
  • Work towards increasing the annual revenue generated from existing clients.
  • Collaborate with operations and intake teams to address staffing requirements for client projects.
  • Monitor and analyze the profitability of client accounts.
  • Provide referrals to additional services as necessary to meet client needs.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with the Employer Services team to assess strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage in regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any challenges that arise.
  • Support account managers in creating relevant marketing materials and messaging for program launches.
  • Review and adjust monthly reporting based on account data to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven background in account management, marketing, project management, or related fields.
  • Experience in human resources, wellness programming, benefits, or account management within larger organizations.
  • Familiarity with behavioral health or psychological principles.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in:
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and spreadsheet management.
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
    • Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
    • Knowledge of scheduling tools like Calendly.
    • Familiarity with data tools such as ZoomInfo.
    • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
