Job Description

Reporting directly into the Senior Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for:

Managing a team of 10 individualsEnsuring the plant is running smoothlyImplement and adhere to safety practicesManage plant production planningManage maintenance across plant and follow up on maintenance jobsEnsure products meet specificationsHire, onboard and train employees
