JOB SUMMARY

Assist HRIS in coordinating and monitoring information entered into the company’s HRIS system (ADP WFN). This position will ensure the data integrity of Payroll and HRIS Systems by testing, auditing, and analyzing the data flow processes for improvements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with providing technical guidance and direction to employees and management on the operation and maintenance of human resources systems Provide on-the-job and formal training to HR and payroll users. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to address problem areas or inefficiencies with regard to processes Prepare HR Action forms for payroll Assists with Promotion/Transfer letters and alerts Manage HRIS database (ADP) and compile reports as required, including but not limited to New Hires, Promotions/Transfers, Terminations, and updated emergency contacts/addresses/phone numbers Manage 90 days of introductory reviews and 90-day transfer/promotion reviews Manage EOTM program Responsible for helping the Talent Acquisition Coordinator SME with the Mentor program Maintains/organizes folders in MS Teams Assist in creating and maintaining Analytics for senior management Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS and Payroll upgrades and patches. Record formally RIDL documents for HR and Payroll Actively update and maintain the ADP homepage Training Users on the various HR and Payroll systems Relieve switchboard for breaks/lunch as well as PTO/Vacation Monitor HR Suggestion Box Creates monthly emergency exit report Provide backup when the Human Resources Information Specialist is out of the office Assist with year-end reporting/processes Maintain the Birthday Cake ordering and picking the cake up monthly Manage the DOT process Maintain the Employee Referral Program Maintain the employee anniversaries every Friday morning Manage the CPR process

METRICS

Metrics will be defined by the objectives set forth in the monthly reviews and measured on consistently meeting objectives, completion of projects on a timely basis, and quality of work. Must send out email reminders to managers for 90 days of introductory reviews on the 80th day Must send out an EOTM nomination email to all employees 4 days before the last day of the month for voting purposes and announce a winner by the end of the month.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be well versed in a variety of computer system environments and be able to troubleshoot technical issues . 2-4 years of working experience in HR Ability to create and deliver presentations to all levels within the organization Utilize project management skills in managing various projects to support the organization

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED **

Strong Computer proficiency including MS Office (Excel), ADP E-time, MS Teams, and various ATS Systems Being able to multi-task and ability to work at a fast pace Attention to detail Problem-solving abilities Good communication skills Work well in a team environment Self-disciplined

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE **

High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate degree in Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field preferred

EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY __

* The employee will receive the following written evaluations:

- Introductory Review -- Will be written approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employee has sufficiently met and performed the job requirements and will indicate whether employment will continue.

- Quarterly reviews – Employee will be given a briefly written monthly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity.

- Annual Reviews – Employee will be given a formal regular annual review which assesses productivity and demonstrated business skills and accomplishments for the previous period.

WORK SCHEDULE __

The work hours will be dependent upon what is necessary to support, manage, and achieve the goals and necessary productivity levels of the subordinate staff. Normal working hours of staff members will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. _This is a minimum expectation. Often projects and assignments will extend beyond the normal workday. A_dherence to attendance and coverage policies is expected to be followed diligently. Time off will be granted with proper formal notice in accordance with company policy
