Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
The Team Supervisor (TS) is an hourly role that supports management in routine administrative and operational functions within the establishment.
Main Focus Areas:
- Ensuring exceptional customer service
- Upholding company standards in product and facility quality
- Evaluating food safety practices
- Analyzing operational workflows
The human resources duties of a Team Supervisor are primarily focused on training and providing ongoing support and feedback to hourly staff.
Additionally, the Team Supervisor may take full responsibility for the opening and closing of the establishment in the absence of management.
In such cases, the Team Supervisor maintains administrative oversight but is not authorized to act in a managerial capacity.
Core Responsibilities
Customer Experience/Product Excellence
Ensures prompt, accurate service, fosters positive guest interactions, and guarantees that products meet company quality benchmarks.
Conducts regular food safety assessments.
Provides continuous coaching and feedback to team members regarding customer service, product quality, and service speed.
Financial Management
Shares daily responsibilities with the management team for cash handling procedures including deposits, change-making, and safe management.
Operational Duties
Performs daily inventory checks, completes food safety audits, and prepares daily control documentation.
Reviews readiness of facilities and equipment.
Monitors inventory levels, food preparation, and order fulfillment daily to ensure compliance with company standards.
Oversees service speed performance and addresses any bottlenecks to meet service goals.
In the absence of management, responsible for deliveries and the opening and closing of the establishment.
Human Resources Development
Provides ongoing coaching and constructive feedback for team members.
Conducts practical training for staff in the Learning Zone.
