Required Qualifications: **** This position requires a High School Diploma or GED and two (2) years of recent and verifiable commercial/industrial related experience. Candidate must have own transportation to report to other College locations as assigned. Must be forklift certified within one year of employment.

**Desired Qualifications: **Journeyman Electrician License preferred.

Key Responsibilities **: **This is not a comprehensive list of responsibilities.
Maintains and repairs interior and exterior building lighting. Maintains and repairs parking lot and pathway lighting.
Maintains, cleans, and repairs minor electronic equipment.
Drives College vehicles and operates golf carts and light trucks to retrieve/return supplies, equipment, tools, etc.

**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: **
Requires walking, standing, stooping, stretching, pushing, pulling, reaching, and lifting all of the time, and exerting up to 50 pounds of force on a recurring basis.
Requires being exposed to indoor and outdoor temperatures and working at heights up to approximately 40 feet.
Can multi-task, utilize time management and be well organized and flexible.
Effective oral and written communication.
Ability to work independently and/or in groups.
Ability to use a computer to record work time, retrieve work order requests, and submit requests for leave through established software applications.
