    • Prepare and maintain financial statements, investment performance reports, schedules, and ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards 
    • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes, including reviewing trial balance accounts and reconciliations, while contributing to ad hoc financial analyses and report preparation 
    • Execute strategies related to accounting policy, financial reporting, ledger maintenance, budgeting, and financial systems, ensuring consistency with shareholder goals and objectives 
    • Review and analyze new business proposals for accuracy and alignment with organizational objectives, and execute special projects to achieve timely, accurate, and on-budget completion 
    • Perform administrative functions such as coordinating payments, preparing expense reports, maintaining files, processing invoices, and implementing cross-functional changes to policies, procedures, and processes  Qualifications 
      • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a similar field preferred 
      • A high degree of professionalism and confidentiality is expected 
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the accounts payable function 
      • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative office position 
      • Accounting skills including GAAP reporting, and conceptual understanding of accounting practices preferred  
      • Experience with Office 365, Excel, Word, Quicken, and QuickBooks preferred Shift Details
