About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our Financial Shared Service office, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret client contractual documents and administer master data and financial terms in SAP.
  • Support existing business, including cost center master data, client operating statements, billing, and fiscal close.
  • Apply objective accounting knowledge and judgment to contractual agreements and company policies.
  • Ensure the integrity of assigned balance sheet accounts, including preparing reconciliations and analyses.
  • Communicate with operations and finance to resolve open items.
  • Identify and initiate coaching and training for accountants on company policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Coach and monitor results for technical development of others.
  • Lead projects with guidance.
  • Maintain company databases and utilize technical skills for in-depth global analysis.
  • Work proactively to prevent problems and anticipate changing operational and client needs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements or efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Accounting experience and an accounting degree is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate organization and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to perform and maintain core responsibilities/accountabilities while simultaneously involved in other department initiatives.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, Excel skills, and SAP experience.
