Regional Sales Manager/National Sales Manager

Position Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager/National Account Manager is responsible for opening new accounts and will be responsible for securing meetings with prospective customers, presenting our solutions, generating proposals, and closing the sale. You will have the luxury of a large territory where you will target all accounts within said territory to promote our cutting-edge solutions.
This role requires someone with a hunter mentality, and the ideal candidate will be an expert at reaching high-level executives via cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and trade shows. You should have a history of exceeding quota and be able to build relationships with multiple key stakeholders in each account to drive the sale. This role is 60% travel expectancy.
Primary goal is setting quality appointments and adding opportunities to the pipeline, where a contact is clearly identified, You must have a desire to achieve, be meticulous, initiative-taking, and a passion for connecting with people.
Responsibilities:
Develop solid and trusting relationships between clients and company
Maintain a consistent pipeline and manage at least 5 new meetings per week.
Work with your manager to develop a territory plan
Align our products with how they will solve problems for the customer
Present our solution and develop tailored proposals
Update the CRM regularly to track all current opportunities
Coordinate with an Account Manager during implementation

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Hunter mentality who is a skilled cold caller

Self-motivated and self-directed
Strong negotiation skills
Strong follow-through skills and the ability to manage a longer sales cycle.

5+ Years in a field selling role
