Re-Fab Inc is on the lookout for a driven and client-oriented Sales and Estimator Specialist to enhance our team. In this role, you will be essential in establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, guiding them through the journey of improving their homes and businesses with our premium services. You will represent our company, ensuring that every client feels appreciated and confident in selecting Re-Fab Inc for their interior and exterior painting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are fully understood and met throughout the sales process.
  • Consultative Sales: Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to evaluate clients' painting, repair, and exterior needs, offering expert advice and tailored solutions that align with their vision and budget.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every client.
  • Proposal Development: Create detailed and accurate proposals, quotes, and contracts that reflect the client's specifications and our company's high service standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project management and painting/renovation teams to ensure effective communication and execution of projects, keeping clients informed at every stage.
  • Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional service.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and local market conditions to effectively position Re-Fab's services.
  • Client Satisfaction: Uphold our mission of prioritizing client satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction contributes to a positive, lasting relationship.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales/estimating, preferably in home/commercial improvement, painting, or a related field. Experience in a painting store is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value of our services to clients.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong commitment to outstanding customer service, focusing on building trust and rapport with clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and challenges, providing creative solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, capable of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
  • Construction Knowledge: Well-versed in all aspects of residential/commercial construction, including carpentry and estimating knowledge.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the New England region and its unique residential needs is a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License: Required for travel to client sites, with the ability to pass a background check.
