- Work closely with the Commercial team and Brand Finance to create cohesive forecasts.
- Direct reporting efforts on margin enhancement across retail partnerships.
- Facilitate decision-making related to sales and revenue growth management.
- Compile sales analytics and presentations for executive leadership.
- Offer financial expertise and support to the sales personnel.
- Assist in establishing annual net sales and trade objectives along with performance monitoring.
- Spot opportunities for process enhancements and the implementation of new financial systems.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and collaborative skills.
- Results-driven with a keen eye for detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Aptitude for presenting to groups and senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SAP, o9, Trade Promotional Management tools, and PowerBI is advantageous.
