Position Purpose:

Provides project oversight and expertise to teams of installers at customer sites, ensuring efficient and seamless installations. Develops, communicates, and implements best practices that facilitate the highest standards of customer satisfaction within their realm of responsibility.

Key Job Activities:

•    Coordinates and leads teams of specialists on assigned installation projects. Provides on-site oversight and directs scheduling, productivity and installation timeline of goals. Assigns the distribution of hardware, fasteners, containers and carts for assigned areas.
•    In conjunction with the Regional Service Manager and National Installation Manager, ensures that the appropriate number of specialists are assigned to participate in installations.
•    Conducts pre-installation audits to ensure accuracy of installation locations and appropriate materials are recorded. Modify Surveys and Gross Margin tools to reflect customer/company needs.
Considers, articulates, and coordinates customer needs and requirements to ensure efficient and unobtrusive installation within a healthcare facility setting.
•    Determines additional training needs, makes recommendations accordingly and assists in training for those responsible for installs.
•    Communicates updates to the Regional team members, as necessary.
•    Communicates the value of Stericycle services as they relate to individual customers by utilizing the tools that demonstrate safety, environmental benefits and compliance.
•    Works with customers by surveying and making recommendations for right size containers and locations in conjunction with service needs.
•    Performs other related duties as required or requested.
