Key Responsibilities- Conduct a variety of residential and commercial roofing repairs.
- Manage home improvement projects including gutter installations, deck constructions, drywall repairs, painting, and power washing.
- Provide coaching and training to fellow technicians in roofing and home improvement techniques.
We are looking for candidates who possess some or all of the following qualifications:
- Experience in both commercial and residential roofing.
- Ability to inspect and repair various roofing systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving leak issues.
- Capability to perform interior repairs and projects.
- Strong decision-making skills and comfort in making choices.
- Proactive in anticipating client needs.
- Desire to mentor and develop future leaders within the team.
