The Director, Office of Discretionary Grants and Workforce Programs:

Provides strategic leadership and direction to a staff of program managers, supervisors and specialists, and support personnel who are responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating Agency and partner organization efforts in the areas of discretionary grants coordination, workforce development, and emerging skills.
Ensures the plan is implemented and in coordination, cooperation, and integration of objectives with customers and partner agencies, and other public and private entities.
Provides strategic leadership in developing corporate organizational excellence goals and objectives for the Agency’s Strategic Plan and in directing the integration of new and innovative business systems and tools into the Agency’s Strategic Implementation Plan.
Directs the development of Agency policies and plans relative to discretionary grants coordination and workforce development.
