Validate and verify new electron optical design concept for next generation e-beam metrology and inspection systems.
Design of experiment for study and improve eSource performance
Prototyping and integrate new eSource and qualification bench.
Develop qualification methodology and procedure.
Provide input to system specification, system error budget and interfaces.

Education and experience

Ph D with 5+ years of relevant work experience.

5+ of Years of electron optics relevant experience
Physics, Applied Physics or Electrical Engineering background
3+ years’ experience electron optical system operating and testing
1 to 2 years’ experience electron source developing and testing
Strong communication skills – both written and oral, ability to influence, stakeholder management, etc.
project management skill are preferred.

5% travel to co work with other sites
