Sales Development Representative

Premium Merchant Funding is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities- Identify and qualify new leads through online research, networking, and outbound prospecting.
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce our funding services.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent sales activity.
- Manage pipeline from initial contact through closing process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize outreach efforts and improve lead conversion rates.
- Track and manage interactions with prospects using our CRM software to ensure follow-ups are timely and effective.
- Provide constructive feedback to marketing on lead quality and messaging to help refine our outreach strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage potential clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
