Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and recording projects, construction and equipment accounts receivable, lien waivers, and project documents for Wisconsin and Illinois locations. This includes but not limited to daily recording of customer invoices, vendor invoices, lien waivers, maintaining construction projects within multiple systems, and relationships with Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities and deliverables:

  • Create and maintain all construction projects across multiple systems.
  • Process all construction documents for construction projects across all systems within timeline requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all project construction documents.
  • Process construction project change orders, purchase orders, and invoices accurate and timely.
  • Ensure all construction project closures are accurate and maintained monthly with Project Managers.
  • Process Construction accounts receivable invoices, daily.
  • Process Construction Lien Waivers, daily.
  • Compliant with internal procedures and controls.
  • Maintain partnerships with Project Managers, Internal Teams, Vendors, and Customers.
  • Perform administrative and other tasks as needed, assigned by Manager.

Education/Experience:

  • 1-3 years of project coordination
  • 1-3 years of general accounting experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
