Purpose

This position will provide management level oversight of an experienced team responsible developing and implementing advanced packaging process flows.

Responsibilities
  • Management level responsibility for advanced packaging process flows developed and implemented on TIE's piloting and prototyping line. This includes technology transfers as well as internally developed flows.

  • Integration responsibilities include unit process development, process module integration, and full packaging integration.

  • Key success measures will include yield management goals, creating baseline process flows, and meeting reliability and quality requirements.

  • Work with strategic partners looking to introduce material from either private space or other sources to meet partner goals, but also ensure baseline flows and equipment are optimally maintained.

  • Build and manage an experienced team while recruiting future innovative talent.

Required Qualifications
  • Direct experience at the senior director level or higher leading a team in advanced packaging technology development.

  • 20 years' experience in the semiconductor industry with experience in technology development and operations.

  • Master's degree in a related technical field.

Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing packaging technology that has been scaled up to volume production.

  • Partnering with global tool and material vendors with First-of-a-Kind equipment and materials.

Salary Range

$250,000 + depending on qualifications
