The North Carolina Football Club, the parent organization of the NC Courage (first-division womenâs pro soccer team playing in the NWSL) and North Carolina FC (second division menâs pro soccer team playing in the USL Championship), is seeking a Commercial Partnerships Marketing Intern who is interested in earning hourly credits for school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating and executing all aspects of commercial partnership activations during NC Courage and NCFC home games. This role plays a crucial part in enchaining the clubâs partnerships and optimizing fan engagement experiences during game-day events.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Coordinate and assist in executing game-day commercial partnership activations within the Fan Festival area during NC Courage and NCFC home games 
  • Aid in managing assets for corporate partners, ensuring proper utilization and representation of their branding and promotional materials 
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support as needed 
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless execution of partnership activations during game-day events 
  • Organizing and maintaining assets and materials required for corporate partnersâ promotions 
  • Tracking inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and facilitating logistics for marketing and sponsorship-related items 
  • Assist the department at all NC Courage and NCFC home games through general set-up responsibilities of sponsorship deliverables 
  • Support the department in day-to-day tasks and undertake projects/activities as recommended by the Partnership Marketing Team  
  • Capturing and organizing proof of performance pictures for various sponsor activations 
  • Assisting with fulfillment for Partnerships and Suites on game day/events and the sale of Corporate Partnerships and Suite Sales including stadium signage, advertising, promotional elements, and ticket packages 

QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Studying a degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field from an accredited college or university 
  • Strong organizational skills and professionalism 
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude Superior attention to detail and customer service 
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, as needed  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
