Essential Functions:  To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position:

Answer the phone and schedule delivery appointment into SharePoint.Print various labels, including, but not limited to, price labels, barcode labels, location labels, Peco Pallet tags, Costco LPN, license plates, and bulk stickers for displays, trays and other miscellaneous projects.Communicate with the Control Room Coordinator each morning on daily goals, to-do lists and priorities of the day.Interact with warehouse personnel, via walkie-talkie, to obtain locations where product is needed.Demonstrate the ability to access AS400 to key in moves, manipulate priorities, assign bins, and delete locations.Track QA of pullers and report back to Sr. Ops Manager of any misses.Submit invoices for approval

  Qualifications:

High School diploma or general education degree (GED)Minimum of 3 years office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substitutedModerate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong analytical skillsHighly organized and able to multi-task and juggle multiple prioritiesMust be able to work a flexible schedule as required which may include working off shifts and weekends either on site or remotelyA minimum of 1 year working with various data systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Some college (AAS/2 year degree)Production environment experienceProficiency in English oral and written communicationKnowledge of 10-key

 Language Skills:

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to speak with all levels of the organizationAbility to read and interpret documents such as instructions and procedure manualsAbility to write routine reports

 Mathematical Skills:

Strong mathematical skills are required for this positionEmployee will routinely need to calculate production requirements using known standards and estimated volumesEmployee will also be responsible for reporting and maintaining production goals and achievement to those goals

 Reasoning Ability:

Ability to use historical data and trends to forecast future requirementsEmployee will routinely need to evaluate production standards and re-prioritize workloads

Work Environment:  The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

The work performed is typically in an office environment although regular visits to the warehouse picking areas will be necessaryWhile in the distribution center, employee is frequently exposed to vibrations and dust, and will be working around moving machineryTypical office noise levels will be the norm although wile in the distribution center will be moderate at low decibelsMust be able to work in a fast paced production environment handling multiple priorities with attention to detail
