As a Facility Operations Specialist, you will:
Ensure the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Maximo and the Quality Assurance Surveillance Program (QASP) software systems operate properly and are available to all necessary personnel, so they can monitor contractors charged with the repair and maintenance activities of NARA facilities. This includes developing training materials for both systems.
Inspect and monitor building mechanical systems and their various components while in operation as well as in standby condition, at NARA facilities located in the Washington DC metropolitan area, as required.
Support the Auto Computer-Aided Design (ACAD) based software program to ensure the proper version is available to BFF personal and the contractor.
Conduct periodic surveys of the NARA user community to gather general impressions, user satisfaction with the system, and identify issues causing user dissatisfaction. Develop, administer, and publish user satisfaction surveys.
